Role Overview
Lead international sales growth of chemicals for food, medical, and supplement industries by managing customer relationships, distributor partnerships, and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute export sales strategy for food-grade, medical-grade, and supplement chemicals.

Target distributors, manufacturers, labs, and OEMs; build and maintain strong partnerships.

Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → product demos → negotiation → deal closure.

Set and track regional revenue goals, pipeline activity, and performance metrics.

Ensure compliance with global standards (FDA, EFSA, GMP, ISO).

Represent the company at trade shows and collaborate on marketing materials.
What We’re Looking For
-
Degree in Business, Chemistry, Food Science, Nutrition, or related (MBA is a plus).

3+ years in B2B sales for food, medical, or supplement chemical Ingredients.

Strong sales track record across distributors and direct accounts.

Strategic thinking, effective communication, and cross-cultural negotiation skills.

Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. Spanish, Mandarin) valued.

Ability to travel globally.
